Hanabusa is a soba restaurant where you can enjoy homemade soba (buckwheat noodles) made from freshly ground buckwheat and Japanese cuisine prepared by a soba master who was born in Fukagawa, a traditional area of Tokyo.

Various Hanabusa's Soba
Thick soba noodles using buckwheat flour, including plenty of buckwheat seed husks. You can enjoy this noodle’s firm texture with its original aroma and natural taste.
This beautiful white thin noodle made from soba flour is ground from only the kernel of the soba seed. Nicely chewy, it slides smoothly down the throat.
Uses ground whole soba seeds (excluding the shell). Takes the best features from Sarashina and Inaka noodles to give a perfect balance of aroma and texture.
